I review products specifically for sexually vibrant seniors and elders, and the Cone fits a real need (pun intended). Rather than assume the positions pictured above, I reclined comfortably on my back with the Cone aiming down between my legs. I could let it vibrate hands-free, or for more stimulation, rest my hands on it and press down or move it around. No gripping, no wrist fatigue -- nice.
